Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14/10/2026

Template for review. This policy is a starting point written in plain English. Before you publish, have it checked against the data-protection laws of each market you operate in (for example Nigeria's NDPA, Kenya's DPA, Tanzania's PDPA, Zambia's DPA, South Africa's POPIA and the UK/EU GDPR), and against the requirements of your checkout and email providers. Fill in the bracketed details.

1. Who we are

The iGaming Business School ("we", "us", "our") provides online education about the iGaming industry at igamingschool.net. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@igamingschool.net. [Add the registered legal entity name, address and, where required, your data protection contact.]

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Information we collect automatically

3. How we use it

Where the law requires a legal basis (such as the UK/EU GDPR), we rely on your consent for marketing and non-essential cookies, on performing our contract with you to deliver the course, and on our legitimate interests to run and improve the school. [Confirm the bases that apply in your markets.]

4. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to remember your choices, and (only with your consent) to measure and advertise. This includes analytics and advertising tags such as the Meta pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which help us see whether our adverts reach the right people. Non-essential tags load only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. [Install the consent banner before switching the advertising tags on.]

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the school, under contracts that require them to protect it:

Some of these providers are based outside your country, so your data may be transferred internationally. Where this happens we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires (for example, keeping payment records for tax). When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous. [State your retention periods once decided.]

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email hello@igamingschool.net and we will respond within the time your local law allows. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including using reputable providers and secure (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to notify you where the law requires if something goes wrong.

9. Age (18+)

Our course and this website are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will give a more prominent notice.

11. Contact us
